(Enter from Delmas St....Coordinator at gate entrance will direct units to Division 4 commander.)

Bateria wear Red 2004 shirts and white pants.  I will have Blue shoulder pieces
to complete a Red White and Blue costume.  Wear Red 2004 Carnaval hats,
or something else Red, White and Blue as a patriotic headpiece.  Let's have fun!
